If the tour does not download, determine which version of Internet Explorer you have.

Load your browser and under Help, select "About Internet Explorer"

The first window is for Internet Explorer v6. 

To get to this screen, load Internet Explorer, Select "Tools", "Internet Options", "Security", "Custom Level", and select the item below.
